WOW. JUST WOW!

We’re waking up this morning with sore feet, aching backs, and some very full hearts.

BERKELEY SPRINGS… YOU SHOWED UP YESTERDAY! Yesterday’s Apple Butter Festival was a RECORD-SETTING DAY for toasted, and we’re still trying to wrap our heads around it.

We started our day at 5:00 AM and didn’t get back home until almost midnight. It was a LONG day, but man, was it worth it! The lines, the familiar faces, the first-time customers, and everyone who patiently waited for their food… THANK YOU!

To our crew… you guys absolutely CRUSHED IT yesterday. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Can we talk about The Apple Bottom for a second?! Our newest creation made its debut yesterday, and y’all showed it some serious love! We might just have to find an excuse to bring that one back!

We’re exhausted, we’re sore, and we’re pretty sure we still smell like grilled cheese, but days like yesterday remind us exactly why we do what we do. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for making yesterday one for the toasted record books! 🧀 💛

Okay, okay… sorry… we couldn’t resist.

We’re bringing something BRAND NEW to the Apple Butter Festival in Berkeley Springs this weekend, and trust us… you’re gonna want to get your hands on this one!

Sweet. Savory. Cheesy. Smoky. ALLLLL the things that make a grilled cheese ridiculously good.

The best part? We’re using locally made apple butter from the Hedgesville High School FFA! We love getting to support our local students while creating something delicious for you guys! We ask y’all to so you know we had to too!

This is a FESTIVAL DEBUT, folks! We’re bringing the fall flavors, the melty cheese, and all the toasted goodness to Berkeley Springs this weekend!

We need some help! Who’s got the Apple Butter hookup for our Apple Butter, Bacon, & Muenster grilled cheese this weekend at Apple Butter Festival, WV in Berkeley Springs?!

We only want to use local please. So we are looking to buy from an FFA, 4-H, or something along those lines.

Tomorrow is FALL FOOD FEST!

I wanted to take a minute to shout out some of our favorite food trucks that will be joining us tomorrow because there is going to be an absolutely ridiculous amount of good food in downtown Martinsburg.

And before anyone says it…. YES. I know I said “amazing” approximately 742 times in this video. Apparently when I really like someone’s food, I only have one adjective.

Amazing food. Amazing people. Amazing trucks. Amazing amazing amazing.

Could I have recorded the video again and expanded my vocabulary? Yes. Am I going to? Absolutely not. You’re getting the first take.

Seriously though, we’ve gotten to know a lot of these businesses over the years, eaten A LOT of their food, and there are some seriously talented people in this lineup.

Come hungry tomorrow. Support a bunch of local businesses. Try something you’ve never had before.

We’re heading back to Green Hill Farm for Thirsty Thursday! Come hang out, grab some grilled cheese, and enjoy a little toasted before we gear up for one of our favorite events of the entire year.

🍂🧀 SATURDAY is FALL FOOD FEST! 🧀🍂

Main Street Martinsburg’s Fall Food Fest is THIS SATURDAY, and if you’ve been around toasted for a while, you already know… This is always one of our biggest events of the year.

Downtown Martinsburg, tons of food, tons of people, the WVU game on a giant TV, B**r Garden, and your favorite grilled cheese trailer right in the middle of it all.

We’re putting together a pretty solid menu for Saturday, including a sandwich we haven’t done in a while…

👀 THE JEN IS BACK!

Thin-sliced roast beef, horseradish aioli, sharp cheddar, all toasted up on sourdough.

If you remember The Jen, you know.

If you DON’T remember The Jen… Saturday seems like a pretty good time to fix that. 😏

The trailer is parked, the grills are getting hot, and we’re ready for the South Berkeley Food Truck Fest at Musselman High School! TODAY from 11-6!

🍝 The Spaghettaboutit is BACK!! You voted for it, so we brought it.

🔥 Loaded Tots & Loaded Fries are back too! Apparently y’all were not going to stop asking until we put them back on the menu… so today is your day!

Plus we’ve got The Corridor H, The Liberty Bell, The Country Roads, The Jewel, The Mac, The Art of the Dill, The OG, Mozzarella Sticks, and more!
