Guys, we did a soft opening on our bakery/dessert case yesterday. Its where we had the salad bar. I still have to add some lighting and a few other things, but its full right now. Muffins, pastries, and macarons for now. We will be adding donuts next weekend, and a few other things. Nothing crazy this week since we are closing for the labor day holiday. We are also bringing back our coffee bar, and this time yes, we will have a hot water pot and assortment of hot teas. Hot chocolate will be back when temps get cooler. The coffee bar will have regular, decaf and a specialty coffee of the day, along with creamers and Turani syrups. We have also added a mini fridge which will have iced coffees, juices, more Alani flavors, and Ale-8.
We have made these changes in response to what customers ask for when they come in, and to better cater to our student and faculty customers at the college. It also allows us to offer a broader assortment of dessert items, since our coolers only hold so much. Our dry case doesn't need refrigeration, so we can pack it full of grab and go goodies!
We hope everyone enjoys our new options! Ill post pics when we get our lighting installed and get the coffee bar set up.
And yes, pimento cheese and grab and go items for our other cooler will be back after the holiday, amd don't forget we DO have salads made to order!
