Forgot to post pics of the catering for a grad party we did Saturday for 30 guests! They had a cheese and crackers tray, bacon ranch bow tie pasta salad, 2 dozen mini subs, 2 dozen mini croissants with Mary Ann's homemade southern chicken salad, stuffed sweet peppers, a hummus tray with naan, and they also had a banana pudding and spinach dip with chips 😋

Some of you may have noticed the two large coolers we have had installed next to the salad bar. After alot of waiting for delivery and then finally getting our health dept retail food inspection on the coolers, I can let the cat out of the bag that these coolers will soon be filled weekly with grab and go items and heat and eat meals. I still have to get labels and packaging approved by the health dept but they have pretty much signed of and I have to pay an additional retail food sales fee. Im excited about this because it will let me be a little more flexible and creative, and offer items we cant necessarily offer on the hot bar. I hope it's appealing to the students and younger folks as well who want to grab something quick and different and may not be in our hotbar demographic.
