There's nothing like a surprise visit from a living piece of aviation history ✈️
The P-51D Mustang is one of the handful of warbirds you may see while enjoying a bite here at Louise. Utilized by The US in World War II, this unique aircraft is always exciting to see!

Meet one of the familiar faces behind Louise. ✈️

Since joining our team in 2020, he’s brought hard work, a stellar attitude, and a whole lot of smiles to Louise every day.

When he’s not taking care of our guests, you’ll probably find him fishing, behind a camera taking photos of friends and nature, or spending a quiet afternoon with his cat, B-52 Stratofortress, Buffy for short.

We’re lucky to have him as part of the Louise family. 🧡
