Everyone meet Chef Caleb Carter.

Born and raised in Bentonville, Chef Caleb has spent the last 2 years as the Executive Chef at Louise here in Northwest Arkansas, and we’re lucky to have him leading the kitchen.

Outside of the restaurant, you can find him watching comedy shows, eating cacio e pepe, and working on mastering patience.
