Dinner brings a different expression of The Preserve, with new flavors from the kitchen, a full beverage program built to complement the table, and service designed to let the evening unfold at its own pace.

And now, we’d love to invite you to join us at the table. Reservations are now open through OpenTable, giving you the chance to choose your evening, gather the people you want around the table, and intentionally set choose the time you’d like to spend with us experiencing this side of The Preserve.

Brunch leaves room for a little bit of everything. Coffee to start. Something generous from the kitchen. A few plates finding their way across the table. Maybe a glass of w**e when the morning gives way to the afternoon.

That’s what we love about weekend brunch at The Preserve. The menu has enough range to meet whatever kind of Sunday you walked in with, while still feeling connected by bright flavors, thoughtful ingredients, and food and drinks made to be enjoyed together.

The Preserve can look a little different every time you come through the doors. One day it might begin with a coffee and breakfast in the morning. Another, lunch after a morning on the trails. Or pizza shared across the table. Something cold in the afternoon. A cocktail as the light changes. Dinner that gives you a reason to stay well into the evening.

From morning to night, we care about exceptional ingredients, expressive flavors, balance, curiosity, and hospitality that makes you feel genuinely welcomed. What an incredible few days celebrating the Grand Opening of Onyx at The Preserve. This is what we’ve dreamed about and worked toward from the beginning. Last night, we gathered with friends and family around the table. Today, we celebrated being officially fully open with extended hours, our complete dinner menu, and an evening experience shaped by months of learning, refining, training, and imagining what hospitality here could become.

Our Soft Open gave us the space to grow into this moment. Now, the full vision is here. We can’t wait to welcome you any time of day at The Preserve.

Consider this your friendly reminder that the schedule shifts this week at The Preserve. Mondays are now open from 7AM–2PM, just like Sundays. Then, this Tuesday we will close at 2PM for our Friends & Family night.

After that, from Wednesday through Saturday, we’re now open until 10PM, with full-service dinner and later evening hospitality now in full swing. We encourage reservations in the evening hours but welcome walk ins all throughout the day. We look forward to seeing you somewhere in the middle of it.

The time has finally come. This is the final weekend of our Soft Open. These early weeks have given us room to learn, refine, and grow into The Preserve one piece at a time. What began with coffee and breakfast expanded into lunch, later hours, an evolving evening menu, and a bar program we’re incredibly proud of. W**e dinners and private events gave our team the opportunity to practice and refine a fuller expression of service and hospitality before welcoming it into the everyday experience.

And now, we’re ready.

The Preserve officially Grand Opens on Wednesday, September 16. With that comes our new regular hours:

Sunday & Monday: 7AM–2PM
Tuesday–Saturday: 7AM–10PM

On Tuesday, September 15, we’ll close early at 2PM for a final Friends & Family celebration with the people who have helped us reach this moment. But before then, there’s one final Soft Open weekend to enjoy. Come by for coffee, breakfast, lunch, food and drinks in the later hours, and one more chance to experience this chapter before the next one begins.

Thank you for learning alongside us, encouraging our team, and filling this place with life from the very beginning.
