Behind every great cocktail is someone who cares deeply for the craft, and here at Lady Slipper, that's our Bar Lead, Brian Donahue.
Hailing from Delaware, Brian made Northwest Arkansas home in 2019 and quickly immersed himself in the local cocktail scene, honing his craft behind some of Bentonville Square's most beloved bars before finding his home with us. His passion for thoughtful hospitality and well-balanced cocktails is woven into every drink we serve.
Today, Brian puts the finishing touches on every cocktail recipe that makes its way onto our menu and leads our Art of the Cocktail classes, where he invites guests to have a peek behind the bar to experience the creativity, technique, and intention that go into every pour. Whether he's developing a new menu, refining a classic, or sharing his knowledge with others, his commitment to the craft is evident in everything he does.
Beyond his talent behind the bar, Brian is simply one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. His sincerity, meticulous attention to detail, and genuine care for both our team and our guests make him an irreplaceable part of Lady Slipper. We're incredibly grateful to have him helping shape the experience we strive to create every day.
