8 YEARS AGO.

Eight years ago in — May, 2018 — Tony’s Steaks opened its doors for the very first time.

Back then, all we had was a vision, a whole lot of determination, and a belief that if we worked hard enough and stayed true to doing things the right way, something special could be built.

Eight years later… here we are.

Still standing.
Still grinding.
Still serving this community with pride.

These eight years weren’t always easy.

There were long days that turned into longer nights.
There were moments of doubt, moments of exhaustion, and moments where the road ahead wasn’t always clear.

Tony’s Steaks will be closed today as we take a little time to enjoy the holiday and recharge these cheesesteak-slinging hands.

Even authentic Philly greatness needs a day off once in a while… don’t worry, we’re not disappearing like one of those deer that bolts across 487 and vanishes into thin air.

Memorial Day Weekend in Benton…
cold, rainy, cloudy, muddy… deer standing in fields looking depressed as hell.

You got people driving around with hoodies on, heat blasting, windshield wipers fighting for their lives, asking themselves:
“Is this May or did February sneak back in?”

But listen…
we’re still here.
Still breathing.
