We have a great lineup getting prepped for this week!

Pizza: chicken bacon ranch🍅🥓🧀🐔

Chicken salad: Curried on croissants🥐 (no, not BakeOut croissants, but fingers crossed for that collab one day) and dill pickle🥒 on a Kaiser

Melt: French onion 🤤

Desserts: carrot 🥕 cake, lemon ginger blueberry🍋🫐🫚 cupcakes, smores bars, turtle brownies, chess bars, and COOKIES

Sides: grapple salad 🍇🍎, pasta salad (ranch base with veggies and cheese), summer veggie salad with fresh sweet corn, tomatoes, and cucumbers.

Drinks: Coconut limeade 🥥🍋‍🟩 (🎶i said doctor, is there something I can take🎶), Watermelon lemonade 🍉, house Iced tea - earl grey with blueberry and lavender

Happy Monday, friends!

We are packed to the gills with cookies!

Peanut butter and Nutella stuffed, butterbeer, Snickerdoodles, heath bar, salted caramel pretzel, chocolate chunk, and almond. Not to mention a full tray of smores bars, and lemon berry cake slabs. Chess bars are cooling!

Today only we have a BLT SPECIAL! We've got about 10 gorgeous tomatoes left from our buy at Garrett's farms, and they need used up! Ala cart BLT on toasted sourdough, $8.

Also, its the last day for that peach bourbon melt for a little while, and we have Hawaiian rolls for the tropical chicken salad today.

Ok... another question...

We are considering lengthening our daily hours and introducing an afternoon special...

Would you make the trip for a warm from the oven cookie with a scoop of scratch made vanilla gelato? Maybe even have caramel and fudge for additional toppings?

We don't want to detract from the new ice cream at Semper Sweets, but a dedicated warm cookie hour sounds decadent to us!

(I may or may not have gelato base cooling to freeze soon... for science)

Life comes in waves, right?

I broke my ankle last week, and I've been managing, but it has slowed me down a bit.

I hate to do it, but I'll have to postpone opening until 10 am today.

Im so sorry for any inconvenience.

(And no HBC today, our hashbrowns were funky when we opened them up 😫🙃🫠)

But other than that we are ready for a great weekend!
