The Crab Roll… a nice brioche bun, packed full of wild caught lump crab, smothered in Old Bay Butter & served with a lemon wedge!

Crab Dip… our homemade crab dip, served hot or cold, with pita!

Chicken Caesar Wrap… grilled chicken, chopped romaine, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing tossed together in a honey wheat wrap

Apple Molasses Loaf… a nice chuck of this sweet bread, topped with ice cream & a caramel drizzle!!! You’ve got to try this!

Our Class of 2026 Graduates! Please help us celebrate these amazing people. We are so blessed to know each of them!

Chaya Tart, graduating from Lake Shore Academy & earned a black belt at Kokufuku School of Martial Arts. She’s going to NCSU for General Agriculture & Entomology. She plan to educate people on insects & find ways to improve the ecosystem. She also intend to continue her bug pinning business, Chayas Critter Collection!!

Caleb West, graduating from Life Springs Christian Academy as Valedictorian of his class. He has already completed many classes at JCC while in High School & will continue on his college education in the fall! Caleb will also be starting a new journey this summer with an internship at an Engineering & Geomatics company!

Sarah Faircloth, graduating from Triton High School. We have had the pleasure of watching her grow up in this Cafe, and becoming a Crew Member a few years ago! She will be attending JCC in the fall, while continuing to work at the Cafe! We know this new season will bring much joy!

Natalie, graduating from Triton High School! Natalie graduated early from Triton in December. She has been diligently working at the Coats Cafe as a cook since! We are so happy to have her apart of our Crew, & know this new season of life will bring much happiness her way!
