It's all in the Fortune Family! Meet the Lezniaks. Much like fishing families, we have two generations working the docks. Dad Wally, in the middle, was one of the first employees at Fortune, which makes him part of our company's DNA. Today, he is Senior VP of Production, and he passed on his work ethic to his sons, who are key players at our Bensenville HQ. Eric, on the left, is a Warehouse Lead, and Tony, on the right, is a Warehouse Manager. They inspire us daily to do good, be great, and scale excellence.

Two of our gourmet category experts, Audrey Brown and Michelle Corna, visited La Catedral de Navarra in Spain. They got to experience the white asparagus harvest in the dark, witness the DOP Blanca de Tudela white artichokes being hand-processed, from the field to the jar.

They got a deep appreciation of what goes into every jar of the preserved vegetables from La Catedral. It was an honor to join in celebrating this year's nominees and honorees at the beautiful Chicago Athletic Association Hotel. Chef Nicolai Mlodinow, a 2026 JBF semifinalist, kept the cocktails flowing with , while Chef Tristan Floreth and the CAA team put together an incredible seafood spread featuring our products.
