Wednesday in Omaha, and the finals are on the line. Down to four teams, four items, and two go home today.

1:00 PM. West Virginia vs North Carolina. The Tar Heels are unbeaten, so one win and they are headed to the championship finals. West Virginia is fighting out of the elimination side, which means they have to win today just to force another game tomorrow. Corned Beef Hash against the Turkey Avocado Club with our seasoned avocado mash.

6:00 PM. Oklahoma vs Georgia. Same setup. Oklahoma is one win from the finals. Georgia has to win today and again tomorrow to get there. Chicken Fried Steak, Oklahoma's official state meal, against the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and the bite of the Dawgs.

Tuesday in Omaha, and it is win or go home all day. Two elimination games, two teams done by tonight.

2:00 PM. West Virginia vs Troy. A rematch of the game that opened the whole tournament Friday, when the Mountaineers won 7-5. Now Troy wants revenge and the loser is out. Corned Beef Hash, big and loaded, against the Jalapeno Business Burger with our house made jalapeno jam and crispy fried jalapenos.

8:00 PM. Georgia vs Texas. They already played Saturday, Georgia took it 7-1, and now they run it back with a season on the line. Texas is rolling after a 14-2 beatdown of Alabama. The Buffalo Chicken Wrap against the Steak and Egg Burrito, big and beefy.

1:00 PM. Alabama vs Texas. Win or go home. Both teams got beat Saturday, so one of them is done today. That means one more item takes its final bracket bow: the Smash Burger, our heavyweight signature, or the Steak and Egg Burrito, big and beefy. Come eat your pick before it leaves the lineup.

Day two in Omaha, and this bracket is all SEC. Four teams, one conference, no mercy.

2:00 PM. Alabama vs Oklahoma. The No. 7 Crimson Tide are in Omaha for the first time since 1999 and get our Smash Burger, the heavyweight signature. Oklahoma is making trip number twelve and gets Chicken Fried Steak, which is literally their official state meal. Bonus storyline: Alabama already beat the Sooners twice this season. Oklahoma wants revenge with a side of gravy.

7:00 PM. Georgia vs Texas. The No. 3 Bulldogs, top seed left standing, get the Buffalo Chicken Wrap because the Dawgs bring the bite. Texas gets the Steak and Egg Burrito, big and beefy for a program making its 39th trip to Omaha, more than anybody ever.

1:00 PM. West Virginia vs Troy. The 45-15 Mountaineers get the Corned Beef Hash, big and loaded. Troy, the underdog on a historic first ever trip to Omaha, gets the Jalapeno Business Burger with our house made jalapeno jam and crispy fried jalapenos. Sneaky heat, just like the Trojans.

6:00 PM. North Carolina vs Ole Miss. The No. 5 Tar Heels get the Turkey Avocado Club with our seasoned avocado mash. Clean and disciplined. Ole Miss, perfect in the postseason and chasing another title, gets Biscuits and Gravy, scratch made biscuits smothered in our house made sausage gravy. The Grove on a plate.

10 years ago we promised our lives together. 10 years full of work, pregnancies and losses, new businesses, keeping up with our kids and so much more in between.

Still going strong.

This is The Josh. Chicken fried chicken, three over easy eggs, his usual short stack. It's what he orders when he's here. This meal, this café, this life we built together.

College baseball is back in Omaha, and we are getting in on it.

For those who don't know me well, I grew up going to the College World Series with my family, and we have carried that tradition on with our own kiddos. We will for many years to come. So this one is personal.

We gave every team in the field its own Hay Jay menu item. When your team plays, that item is $1 off. Every game day, all the way through the finals. Here is the lineup and why each one earned its spot:

West Virginia, Corned Beef Hash. The Mountaineers play big and hearty, so they get our most loaded plate.

Troy, Jalapeno Business Burger. The Sun Belt underdog that brings the heat.

North Carolina, Turkey Avocado Club. Clean, classic, coastal. Just like the Tar Heels.

Ole Miss, Biscuits and Gravy. The Grove on a plate. Deep South comfort, no apologies.

Alabama, Smash Burger. The heavyweight everybody measures up to gets our signature.

Oklahoma, Chicken Fried Steak. It is literally Oklahoma's official state meal.

Georgia, Buffalo Chicken Wrap. The Dawgs bring the bite.

Texas, Steak and Egg Burrito. Big, beefy, and Texas sized.
