Rushed straight from Coleman Hops in Oregon to our brewhouse, the fresh Simcoe lends a sharp, clean backbone of grapefruit rind and damp pine needles, while the Mosaic adds an expressive flash of blueberry and tangerine zest. It finishes bone-dry with a crisp, assertive bitterness that begs for another sip.
