Chef Kyle loves carrots!! It's no secret!! We have a new roasted carrot salad that is pretty tasty. Roasted Nante carrots, house made pickled carrots, a carrot vinaigrette, smoked feta cheese, and almonds! Its perfect with our pan seared salmon!

"We will never have a deep fryer here!" I think those were the words I said! But a Dutch oven full of beef tallow is different! New to the menu, loaded tater tots, smothered with our umami aioli, kimchi, and a fried egg. Just saying!
