Wilder Lazo is a veterinarian. He came back to the family farm in Colombia in 2016, when prices were falling and his father got sick. He started testing his soil and fixing what was missing, year after year, until the farm was growing something worth this much attention.
It tastes like berries, red wine and apricots. Bright, juicy, clean at the end. Brew it however you want, but drink it black at least once.
