Offering green or red chile dishes with authentic New Mexico grown chile. Come try some chile verde, carne adovada, tacos, gorditas, or enchiladas (New Mexico style of course!) All made from scratch daily and prepared to order. We stay in one location and do not move for events. Sol Verde is closed from Thanksgiving- early April.
