Some people walk into a room quietlyā€¦ and then thereā€™s Brian Malarkey, who arrives at full volume, with 17 ideas and a cowboy hat.
But underneath all that wonderfully unhinged Malarkey energy is one of the biggest hearts around. You are wildly creative, ridiculously generous, endlessly passionate, and the kind of person who makes everyone around you believe a little more in themselves. Weā€™re incredibly lucky to have your vision, your energy, and your constant reminder that lifeā€¦ and restaurantsā€¦ should never be boring.

The world lost an absolute legend today, and around here, one day just doesnā€™t feel like enough to celebrate her. So in true Hawk & Huck fashion, weā€™re declaring it DOLLY WEEK. šŸ’–šŸ¤ 

All week long, weā€™ll be playing Dolly Parton radio, raising a glass to the queen, and pouring our Doley Parton cocktail for just $10.

There is something special about sharing a meal when you know exactly where every ingredient came from.

Last weekā€™s Farm to Table Dinner with Carlos Anthony at Rainshadow Organics was one of those unforgettable evenings that reminds us why we love what we do. From walking the fields to sitting down together at one long table, every course celebrated the connection between the farmer, the chef, and the people gathered to enjoy it.

Weā€™re especially proud to support Rainshadow Organics, an incredible women owned and operated farm right here in Central Oregon. Their passion, care, and commitment to sustainable farming are evident in every harvest, and weā€™re grateful to partner with people who share our love for local food.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. This wonā€™t be our last Farm to Table dinner, weā€™re already looking forward to creating more experiences like this!!
