There is something special about sharing a meal when you know exactly where every ingredient came from.

Last week’s Farm to Table Dinner with Carlos Anthony at Rainshadow Organics was one of those unforgettable evenings that reminds us why we love what we do. From walking the fields to sitting down together at one long table, every course celebrated the connection between the farmer, the chef, and the people gathered to enjoy it.

We’re especially proud to support Rainshadow Organics, an incredible women owned and operated farm right here in Central Oregon. Their passion, care, and commitment to sustainable farming are evident in every harvest, and we’re grateful to partner with people who share our love for local food.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. This won’t be our last Farm to Table dinner, we’re already looking forward to creating more experiences like this!!
