Step out of the cold and into the tropics, where the rum is smooth, the cocktails are crystal-clear, and the island vibes never clock out. We’re serving up our signature clarified cocktails daily, alongside rotating food specials that hit just right after a long Central Oregon day.

We’re open Wednesday through Saturday, 3 p.m. to close, so whether you’re escaping the snow, chasing the sunset, or just need a mental vacation, we’ve got your seat waiting.
