We’re feeling a little beautifully overwhelmed over here, in the absolute best way.
The reviews, kind words, recommendations, shares, and support Rosemary and Fox has received lately have meant more to us than we can really put into words. And then we stumbled across an entire article written about our little restaurant… one we had absolutely NO idea was even being written.
To read someone else’s words about the food, the atmosphere, the hospitality, our team, and what we’re creating here was one of those moments where you just sit there for a second and take it all in.
Rosemary and Fox is still so young. We’re still learning, growing, changing menus, figuring things out, celebrating the wins and working through the hard days that come with owning a restaurant. So to see people noticing the heart behind it all feels incredibly special.
Chef Josh puts so much of himself into the food that comes out of that kitchen, and our team puts so much care into the experience you have once you walk through our doors. To have that recognized through your reviews, your recommendations, and now articles we didn’t even know were being written… it’s pretty surreal.
We’re born and raised Central Oregonians, and getting to build something in the community we call home makes all of this mean even more.
So truly, thank you. To everyone who has eaten with us, told a friend about us, left a review, come back for another dinner, celebrated something at our tables, or simply cheered us on.
We see it. We feel it. And right now, we’re just really, really grateful.
