There’s a reason this one doesn’t live on the menu.
It starts with the mascarpone cream. It takes hours to make, then it has to sit. No shortcuts, no rushing it. All before it ever touches a cup and that one piece changes everything. It’s not cold foam, it’s not something we throw on top at the last second… it’s the way we built this drink.
Somewhere along the way, this turned into something bigger than we expected. People started asking about it months in advance. We get messages about it. We hear about people planning trips around it. We’ve even had a few tears over its releases (which… we get).
So we bring it back carefully. Not often & not casually.
Sunday, May 10th, it’s back.
And because of what goes into it, this will be the only signature drink we’re running that day.
Plan accordingly.
