CANDIED KIELBASA
We continued with having the Candied Kielbasa for June because everyone loved it last month. This crepe brings a little of our life(my parents) from New York and put it into a crepe. Everything about this crepe was a staple in our house growing up. Farmers cheese when mom would make Pierogis, Kielbasa and Pine Island Pickled Red Onions because my dad was an onion farmer and onions are a staple in the community.

Our Taste of Europe Wine Dinner was truly amazing. We love that our guests love coming to our dinners on top of eating our crepes. Mom made everything of course. Family recipes and homage to so many people. We can’t wait for the next one!
