This is how we do it at Tacos Neno.

Fresh meat, slow-cooked on the trompo — caramelized on the outside, juicy on the inside.
Every taco made by hand. Topped with onion, cilantro, and pineapple, served hot.
This is a flavor a flat grill just can’t give you.
