We have been serving RC Ranch steaks for almost 6 years, quality and consistency at their best! All you pear picking peeps, pears are looking great in the area! When we get back from Summer break, we would love our community to harvest pears for our pear salad -- gift cards or cash! Annual Summer break starts August 3rd thru August 12th!

Our BLT- Post oak smoked and cured thick cut bacon at our Spanish moss smoke house, fried green tomatoes from Indie Harvesters, sourdough bread from Slow Dough bread company, crisp lettuce from Ives Creek organics, shaved Texas sweet onions- Little Bear Farms, our basil from Whitehurst Farms- basil mayo, local operator and Chef 🧑‍🍳 👍🏼, house pickles-cucumbers from Ives Creek Organics, everything on this plate is local.
