THIS WEEK'S DISH SPOTLIGHT: MUSSELS & CHORIZO

A little rich, a little briny, and made for soaking up every last drop. 😍

Our Mussels & Chorizo feature tender mussels with pieces of cured chorizo in a flavorful broth made with white wine, butter, onion, garlic, and lemon.

And because that broth is too good to leave behind, it's served with toasted baguette for dipping. 🥖

Whether you're sharing with the table or keeping them all to yourself, this is one dish you'll want to dig into.
