🍂 Fall has officially arrived at Skylark’s! 🍂

Be among the first to get a taste of the season this weekend! Our brand-new fall menu has officially launched, and it’s full of cozy, comforting flavors made for crisp autumn days and delicious nights out!

A few seasonal favorites to put on your must-try list:

🍁 Braised Short Ribs - fall-apart tender short ribs, rich beef gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, sliced carrots and crispy fried leeks.

🍂 Butternut Squash Ravioli - house-made ravioli filled with butternut squash and ricotta, finished with brown butter sage sauce, walnuts and fried sage.

🍁 Beet Carpaccio - thinly shaved beets, peppery arugula, toasted walnuts, creamy goat cheese and a bright blood orange vinaigrette.

Skylark's Cafe will be closed tomorrow morning, Monday, October 5th, for training on new menu items. We will reopen at 1 pm for brunch and then dinner service.

Ever wonder where the greens on your plate at Skylark’s come from? 🌱

Owner Brad recently took a little field trip to visit our friends at FarmWild, a local Bellingham aquaponics and indoor vertical farm that helps keep our kitchen stocked with fresh, beautiful produce.

And if you’re curious about the folks growing some of the food that ends up on your plate, you can go see for yourself!

🐟 FarmWild is opening its doors for the Whatcom County Farm Tour on Saturday, September 12, from 10am–4pm. The free, self-guided tour is part of Sustainable Connections’ September Eat Local Month and is a chance to meet local farmers and see how our food gets from farm to table.
