Old town Cafe will be open tomorrow, Friday, January 30th. We want to join many of or our pnw restaurant community by donating 20% of our profits from tomorrow’s sales to Minneapolis restaurants who will be closed or operating for free during their strike. Please reach out to who is hosting this collaborative effort if you would like additional information. We will also have more information at the restaurant if you would like to make a direct donation to a restaurant in Minneapolis.
We hope to provide our community with a space to communicate, organize and educate one another and will continue to donate and provide trustworthy donation opportunities as various communities in our nation face the extremity of ICE’s arbitrary hate. The way we engage with the forces against us will take creativity and organization. Please keep your conversations going because we will not solve this in a day.
