🍅🗣️ I think we might have saved the best for last. We have done many variations of this sauce over the years but this one is one of my favorites. It’s the acidic complexity that the doctor ordered, especially with meat this rich and flavorful.
Tonight we are running pineapple still, launching tomato tomorrow for one week only. Then it’s a wrap for short rib month 😮💨🫡
