Named for the centerpiece of our kitchen, the Acunto Mario Classico 10. Weighing 3 tons and handbuilt in Naples, Italy, it burns Yakima applewood to reach over 800 degrees and create perfectly blistered, Neapolitan-inspired pizzas in 2 minutes. We make our dough using unenriched flours that are naturally leavened using an old-world yeast culture and hand-stretch our fresh mozzarella daily. L

We’ve been getting creative with our off-menu pizza in 2026 in preparation for “AYCE” and we are bringing back some crowd favorites as well from last year. Let us know what you would like to see return and we will do our best to accommodate for round-two in July! Restaurants are known for their fast-paced environments, signature dishes, ambiance, and as grounds for gathering with all of the important people in our lives.

As beautiful as the song and dance of the service industry can be in full-swing, it is cathartic to be reminded of the moments of stillness, quiet precision, intentionality, and humanity that exists simultaneously within the calculated chaos of a day of industry work.

There is so much charm and artistry in our process and we are so grateful that you all keep coming back for more, perpetually fueling our creative drive and desire to improve our product and standard of service every day. From our naturally leavened dough, to a personalized pizza massage, to adding our local and fresh ingredients, to the bake, and to garnishing, it is finally ready to be be delivered to your table to fulfill that never-ending pizza craving.

It’s the cheerful faces of our servers and bartenders that you all know and love when dining at Ovn but it’s the Back of House team that is the heart and soul of our food! Shout out to Chefs/Prep Team/Dishwashers/Expeditors everywhere who work long hours near hot stoves/ovens and in extremely fast paced environments all in the hopes that their expertise and focus creates a satisfactory smile from our guests that they themselves may never get to see. 🥹 Now that’s what I call doing it for the love of the game!

For $18, you have your choice between any of our 8" Pizzas on the menu, or either one of our Wood Fired Sandwich options. The lunch special comes with our House Arugula Salad by default, but feel free to upgrade to a side of Potato Wedges, a Spinach Salad, or a Kale Caesar salad for just $3 more!
