Yuca is set to have it's 5 year anniversary in Bellevue in February. We've very much enjoyed serving the Bellevue Community and the surrounding neighborhoods. The City of Bellevue from the very start was awesome to work with. Unfortunately, our lease is coming to an end and we've had to make some hard decisions.
Currently weekends are fantastic, but unfortunately we get very little traffic during the week. We've always been hopeful that weekday business would pick up, unfortunately it simply hasn't.
This has led us to the hard decision that we will not be renewing our lease on Fairfield. We're heartbroken to leave, but the economics simply won't support the business. We're currently lookng for other potential locations, but in the meantime we'll move some of our most popular Yuca dishes to our other NKY brunch spots, Cedar and Pike St.
Our last Day will be Sunday February 1st, regular hours. We hope to make it a Special Brunch!
