Today Rockabellies will be at the Swansea Farmers Market on Il-159 in the Rural King parking lot, will be serving up the Rockabelly Burger, as well as pit smoked pulled pork sandwiches and Rockabellies baked beans.. Come and try our fresh made strawberry lemonade and cantaloupe vanilla bean agua fresca!!

This thursday come check out Rockabellies at the Swansea Illinois farmers market on route 159 in the Swansea Rural King parking lot. Support your local farmers, and grab you a Rockabelly Burger while your at it! What is a Rockabelly Burger you ask? It is a nice sized, seasoned burger, topped with grilled onions and two slices of our slow smoked pork belly, and a slice of pepperjack cheese!!

Chantrelle season is officially here, and started with a bang. If you have never had a chantrelle mushroom, you absolutly do not know what you are missing! Commercial mushrooms can be bland and boring, but if you do some research, and do not mind hiking, nature can be bountiful and delicious!
