It's time for our Mid-Summer's Pig Roast here at Seven Acre Dairy in Paoli, Wisconsin and there's still a few tickets left!

We've got a superstar line up of Andrew Bajakian of Primal Cue BBQ in Sun Prairie, Dan Fox of Heritage Tavern in Madison, and Pitmaster and Top Chef fan favorite Michelle Wallace from Houston, TX!, all ready to throw down on a whole hog BBQ that includes salads, sides, and slow-smoked Fox Heritage Farms hog (a vegetarian option will also be available).

Your ticket also includes a Seven Acre Dairy Company sundae bar and unlimited pours of lemonade & milk for the kids and PBRs for the adults. Don’t like PBR? Other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase.

AUGUST FLAVORS are here!

After a few years hiatus, we've brought back wild rice soft serve!!! Crafted with wild rice from the Red Lake Nation in Northern Minnesota and Brown Swiss milk from our farm parters in Green County, wild rice soft serve is a nutty, toasty, creamy treat that you'll have to try to believe! 🌾

We're also featuring honey soft serve this month, using local honey from our friends at driftlessbloomshoneyco!!!

WILD HARVEST SHAKE: Wild rice soft serve, Flyte Farms Blueberries, Whipped Cream

UPDATE: Music now starts at 3PM and runs all evening at our outdoor venue The Gathering Place!! We’ve been watching the weather and can’t wait to welcome you out for live music and a Pig Roast. Tickets available at the door. Pig roast runs until 6:30.

🕯️TONIGHT: Join us as Olive Klug graces the Seven Acre halls, we’re moving the show INDOORS. Doors at 5 and music from 6pm-8pm. Olive is an artist we’ve been listening to on repeat, so come on out to hear their inspiring songs and heart-lifting vocals. Tickets are $20 purchased online, and $25 at the door. More about Olive:
Originally on a career path towards social work, Olive Klug utilizes their gifts for singing and storytelling as a means to accomplish lifelong goals of inspiring emotional catharsis and social change in their audiences.

Influenced by artists from Joni Mitchell to Kimya Dawson, Olive’s unfiltered vulnerability is at the forefront of every song.

Whether they’re discussing the complexities of the country’s politics or of grieving a relationship, their music conveys this sense of very outwardly figuring things out, which is what gives their music such a sense of communion.

Olive’s combination of talents and traits have found them in affinity with a list of touring partners that include The Wood Brothers, I’m With Her, Willi Carlisle, John Craigie and the aforementioned Dawson.
They are also a favorite on stage in the festival communities of Telluride Bluegrass Festival, Calgary Folk Festival, Mariposa Folk Festival, Winnipeg Folk Festival, Pickathon, Kerrville Folk Festival, and Back Porch Festival.
