Hello everyone! We are pleased to announce that we are doing a Easter pre-order this year. We have Bacon Cheddar, Cheddar, Kraut, and Sweet Cheese Pierogi. You can order any amount off of our website and then pick up for free from us at our Belleville kitchen on Thursday April 2nd from 2pm-6pm. It's spring!!! (...well, maybe?😆) Chef is looking to get back in the kitchen very soon. Let us know if you are in need of pierogi for Easter! If we have enough interest, we are considering doing a pre-order for the holiday with pickup at our Belleville kitchen. Before long, we will be back at the farmers markets! Hello everyone! THANK YOU for a great season at the market. Please remember to support the other vendors since the farmers market ends the last week of October!! We are looking forward to 2026! What were your favorite items this season? Let us know in the comments!

We are considering holding pierogi making classes in November and December at our kitchen in Belleville. We can hold about 25 participants at each session, and it would be open to adults and kids 8 and up! You would learn how to make dough by hand and also machine, make some classic fillings, assemble the pierogi and then take home your creations. Let us know if you're interested on this post, and if there's enough support we will open class registration in October.

Announcement ‼️⚠️Labor Day weekend will be our last market of the season! We will be at Howell's Sunday Farmers' Market Sunday the 31st from 9am-2pm. We will also be having an end of season BOGO sale on our quarts of soup! Come early while supplies last to stock up for the holidays.

Our stock will include: Potato Cheddar, Bacon Cheddar, Sweet Cheese, and Potato Kielbasa pierogi; Loaded Potato Bacon Pancakes, and Dill Pickle Soup.

We are back at the Howell's Sunday Farmers' Market tomorrow from 9am-2pm! We will have Potato Cheddar, Potato Bacon Cheddar, Potato Kielbasa, and Sweet Cheese Pierogi-- Pickle Soup, and more of the new Loaded Potato Bacon Pancakes we are trying out. If you've had them let us know what you think!

We are back at the Howell's Sunday Farmers' Market tomorrow from 9am-2pm. We will have Potato Cheddar, Potato Bacon/Cheddar, Potato Kielbasa, and Sweet Cheese in stock. We will also have quarts of our famous Dill Pickle soup available, and we are trying out some loaded Potato Pancakes as well. Try them out and let us know what you think!! Do jutra!

We need your opinion! The chef loves making them so we are thinking about serving up “take-and-make” Potato Pancakes!! We would have several variations that mimic our potato filled pierogi varieties. They would be sold uncooked, to be fried from frozen at home.
