Well, I didn't sleep well cause our horrible bed and partial excitement. So I decided to head over to Goldee's BBQ earlier than expected. If you haven't heard of Goldee's it is located in Fort Worth TX and was ranked #3 by Texas monthly bbq which ranks all the bbq joints in Texas. Also earned a Michelin star so we'll see what all the fuss is about.🤷🏻‍♂️ It opens for 11 lol

I'm currently on a road trip going to Texas bringing my daughter to a concert. While I'm there I'm going to try a Texas Monthly Top 50 BBQ restaurant. The restaurant is in the top 5!!! Any guesses?? Also what have y'all tried from the so called "capital" of BBQ ( which soon will be Louisiana!!)?
Let's get 🍻 casséd 🍻

Yesterday was an amazing event. It gave out a few scholarships and had a kids cooking category among many other things. I would like to congratulate the winners, great job👏🏻👏🏻. Sometimes it isn't your day and sometimes it isn't your judges. Yesterday it just wasn't our judges. I thought our food we put out was really good food. We had a few last minute curve balls and the team knocked them out of the park. They kicked ass yesterday!! Here are a few pics from yesterday
