As we continue through another busy season, we wanted to share a little about how Corner Bistro works so we can provide the best experience possible for everyone who walks through our doors.
Corner Bistro is a small restaurant, and that’s part of what makes it so special. Our intimate dining room allows us to create a warm, personal experience, but it also means our seating is limited—especially for larger parties.
That’s why we always encourage making a reservation whenever you can. Reservations help us prepare for your visit, accommodate larger groups, and ensure we have a table ready for you. While we always do our best to welcome walk-ins, we simply can’t guarantee seating on busy evenings.
You’ll also notice that during our dinner service (4:00–9:00/10:00 p.m.), we may not be able to answer every phone call or text right away. During those hours, our team’s focus is on the guests who are dining with us, making sure every table receives the attention and hospitality they deserve. If you don’t reach us immediately, please know we’re not ignoring you—we’re simply serving our guests and will get back to you as soon as we can.
If you need to reach us, texting is often the best option. While we still can’t always respond immediately during service, texts are much easier for us to check between tables or during a quick moment in the kitchen than answering a phone call. We’ll always do our best to respond as soon as we’re able, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
One more thing we’d like to mention is takeout. We truly appreciate everyone who enjoys our food at home! However, because our kitchen is small and our priority is providing the best experience for our dine-in guests, there are times during our busiest dinner rush when we’re unable to accept takeout orders. We know this can be disappointing, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding when that happens.
