Applesauce Inn Bed & Breakfast We’re a tiny B&B in Bellaire, Michigan, where breakfast is homemade, the coffee is always flowing, and there’s always time to slow down.

Come enjoy a cozy room or make yourself at home in the whole inn (up to 6 guests). Our home is your home..come visit Welcome to Applesauce Inn an early 1900 American Foursquare farmhouse B&B. Our Northern Michigan B&B is just a 10 minute drive from Torch Lake, golf and skiing at Shanty Creek Resort, minutes away from the hiking trails of the Grass River Natural Area, or the awesome bike trails in Glacial Hills. Scratch made breakfasts, featuring local ingredients (often from our own garden and our own eggs), start your day...and homemade desserts will top off the evening! We are close to everything, but away from it all!!

Yesterday felt like a little bonus summer day in Bellaire… 81 degrees in October!

But I couldn’t resist sneaking out for a few evening photos of the fall color. The light was beautiful, the colors were showing off, and it was just one of those evenings you wish you could bottle up.

Northern Michigan, you sure are pretty this time of year. ❤️

Sunlit mornings and a breakfast worth lingering over. 🍂☀️

Chocolate chip baked French toast with pumpkin-spiced custard and homemade whipped cream… cheesy scrambled eggs… and local breakfast sausage from our friends at Danu Hof Farm in Mancelona.
A little sweet, a little savory, and a whole lot of fall on the breakfast table.
