Something new is brewing at Grindstone

We’ve officially posted our public notice as we move forward with our beer & wine license application at our Phat Tire location.

We’re not quite there yet, but we’re excited about what’s ahead. A few beer & wine options to enjoy after a ride, hike, walk, or just a good day in Bella Vista. The patio just for better.

We’re bringing a little more homemade goodness to your morning. Our new breakfast tacos are made with homemade chorizo, eggs, homemade beans, and homemade salsa, served warm tortillas and made fresh to order.

Our sign is officially up!

Grindstone Coffee is officially on the building at Phat Tire Bella Vista. We’re pretty excited to see our name up there after all the work that has gone into building this little spot.

What started as a small coffee trailer has grown into a place where we can serve great coffee, homemade food, and connect with our community right alongside the trails.

If you haven’t stopped by yet, come see us at Phat Tire and grab some food and a mug. We are much more than a coffee shop. More big news on that coming soon!

Our food is different, and we think you'll notice.

At Grindstone, we make your food to order. No microwave. No pulling it out of a heating drawer. No cutting corners.

Our açai bowls are built with homemade granola. Our Cuban is made with house-roasted pork. We make our breakfast sandwiches fresh when you order and serve them on Ozark Mountain Bagels.

We also offer homemade pastries from Bella Vista Cottage Bakery, locally sourced.

Because we believe good coffee deserves good food to go with it — and good food is worth taking a little extra time to make right.

And we’re not done yet…

Something new is coming to the menu. 🌮

For the past year and a half, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with FAST through trail work days, group rides, and community events.

As continue to find ways to support the trails and community, we are proud to announce we are officially a sponsor of FAST

Investing in the trails, supporting the volunteers who make them possible, and helping grow the incredible community that makes Bella Vista trails special.

A new partnership is rolling in

We’re excited to officially announce that this Friday, Kindred Coffee & Pastry cinnamon rolls are coming to Grindstone Coffee!

For a while now, we’ve had the privilege of supporting each other—not just as fellow small businesses, but as customers and genuinely big fans of each other’s products. We’ve loved what Kindred Bakery is creating, and we’re pretty sure you’re going to love these cinnamon rolls as much as we do.

So, it felt like the right time to take that support one step further and partner up.

Starting this Friday, you’ll be able to grab a fresh, homemade Kindred Cottage Bakery cinnamon roll alongside your Grindstone coffee. Also, pairs perfectly with our new Black Scottie Chai
