We have some Hamburger 87/13 on sale for $6.50 a lb in 1 lb vacuum sealed packages.

Why vacuum seal? Longer shelf life if it is done right, we do it right. Thaw it without it leaking. Stack it better in the freezer. Those are some reasons.

This week are are introducing our breakfast sausages in bulk 1 lb packages. We are very picky and people have loved our breakfast sausages for years! Now, we can finally share and sell it to the public.

Thank you everyone for everything we hope your weekend went as well as it could have honoring our fallen Brother's and Sister's who gave all serving us and our country to keep it the greatest nation in existance.

Here's a better view of that 1/4 beef for sale I had to reshare so you could see.
This locally raised under 30 month Black Angus steer carcass hung and was cut on the 17th day.
This quarter has Ribeye's (boneless), Porterhouses and T-Bones, Sirloin Steaks, Short Ribs (4 rows of 3), Baby Back Ribs (4 rib on this quarter), one 3 to 4 lb (Prime Rid side of the Chuck Roast) Chuck Roast, Flat Iron off the shoulder blade, Skirt and Flank Steak, Foreshank Soup Bones, Brisket and 85/15 percent lean Hamburger. This is what came of that 1/4 beef raised and finished here in Mott. That's how this one cut and looks. It's available at the moment. The total for the 1/4 beef slaugter fee is $37.50 the cut and wrap fee is $202.28 and the purchase of the beef to the rancher is $783.48 to support local raised beef that's done right and cut well. Altogether $1,02376 and we'll box it up. I'm just after transparency that's why you actually get to see what you're after to take home. Whalen's Meat Packing

I made a post yesterday I don't know what happened to it!

Got about 30 lbs of Jalapeno/Cheese cooked and smoked german bratwurst I'm passing them out for 7.50 a pound these ones til they are gone!

Also, I'm cutting a Whalen's Meat Packing pig right now as we speak and the bone in pork chops are getting vacuum sealed and thrown right into the front cooler case right off the pig never frozen! 4 bucks a pound on these fresh as they could come pork chops
