Dear Greg; Dear Candace,
I want you both to know that I will absolutely beat myself up for the next 7 days..
Greg. Candace. We hope the lack of coleslaw (Greg) or fries (Candace) with your meal did not ruin your opinion of us. There is a note with your names on it that reads, "MAKE THINGS RIGHT WITH GREG AND CANDACE" hanging on my pizza line. So if you love Sleigh City and believe in forgiveness- and I hope you do- please send me a message or let us know when you order next time. Don't worry, the note hangs in the front as well.
Anyone who works in the restaurant business (and cares!) who has lost sleep, waking abruptly at 3am with the realization that they forgot the ranch, the fries, the mustard, the refill, the water.. We will all agree- We feel as bad as you do and need redemption. I pondered the last 35 years in this business tonight.. But we will rise another day and put our aprons on.. for the Greg's and Candace's, and for all of our customers who have given us a second chance at lunch and dinner..
