Babe's Kitchen

08/24/2026

We want to start off by thanking everyone who has patronized both Babe’s Kitchen and Bedford Automotive over the last several years. It has been our family’s privilege to have such wonderful customers, friends, and fellow businesses in this community that we got to work alongside.

But it is time for a change and change is hard. This past year has been full of change for our family.

We are writing to let you know that Carl and Mark have decided to start on different adventures.

With that said effective immediately, Babe’s Kitchen will be closed and Bedford Automotive has been closed since June.

We thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for letting us have the pleasure of serving you in both the garage and food truck over the years.

We will see you around and make sure to keep showing all of the love to your small town businesses and food trucks it means the world to them and their families.

With love,

The Lashley’s 🫶🏻
