Me being “away” apparently just means I have more time to think up ridiculous food. 😂

Tonight’s creation:
Dorito-crusted chicken stuffed with jalapeños, cheddar, bacon, cream cheese, ranch & green onions… topped with a creamy bacon cheddar sauce, fresh pico and even more jalapeños.

Crunchy. Creamy. Salty. Spicy.
Basically everything I love shoved into one chicken breast. 🤣

This one is DANGEROUS.
