Reminder! It’s our birthday week. 🖤

TLDR:BCB will be closed Sept 5th-7th and reopening the 8th@3PM.
When a killer show that over half of the crew wants to attend just happens to coincide with BCB's 3rd birthday, well... you rent a house in the mountains and close for a few days to relax & celebrate!
We know it's a month from now, but it's a travel weekend for a lot of folks so we wanted to give those type A planners a good heads-up.
If you're going to the show you can come find us up front!
Who else is going?!?!

The week of loss continues. If you’ve had a burger at BCB chances are this spatula mashed, flipped, and carried your patty. 3 years worth of burgers made. Shout out to Southeastern Chemical Co. - Beckley, WV for selling quality smallwares! We’ll see y’all soon. 🖤

“Find out who you are and do it on purpose.”- Dolly 🦋
It was pretty fitting that when we got the news today, we were making the sandwich of her namesake.

To pay our respects, and to help continue her mission to get as many books in the hands of as many children as possible, we will be donating $3 for every Dolly purchased through September 4th to Dolly’s Imagination Library through the Raleigh County Public Library. Find out more about the program here 👉🏻

Okay our gluten-freaky friends…
You’ve asked and I’m considering it, but I need your feedback.
Starting sometime in September (after we get back from our birthday trip) if I did a pre-order once or twice a month for some gluten-free cookies and pepperoni rolls who’s in?!?!
I’ve had so many folks ask, but the truth is due to our limited space for storage and production, doing them daily just isn’t something I’m comfortable with. BUT, I would come in and only bake GF items on a closed day to ensure there’s no cross-contamination. I’ll do one cookie flavor and pepperoni rolls. They would have to be pre-ordered and purchased by the half or baker’s dozen. For now, there will be no additional charge.
This is just to gauge interest. Share with your freaky GF friends!

Notes:
We only use Hershey’s brand chocolate chips (GF)
I’ll be using Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 Flour
I’ll be using Bob’s Red Mill GF Oats
Any other questions let me know!

Are you as cool as our front door?
Do you have a love of service and a passion for food?
We’re looking to add a couple of folks to our crew!

We only hire a couple of times a year for a reason. We are a great place to work, but we do have very high standards for both service and food quality. We have a zero jerk policy that we uphold. We will train you in all areas of the restaurant, so a willingness to learn and work in both front and back of house is required. You will be part of a small but mighty crew and will be scheduled for both kitchen and server/cashier shifts depending on the needs of the business.

Competitive weekly pay (direct deposit available), free shift meal, sales volume bonuses for kitchen, and raises given throughout the year based on dependability and willingness to learn...the more stations you master, the more you make!

Paid time off accrual starts on day 1.
Must obtain required food handler card within 30 days of hire.
Must, and I cannot stress this enough, have open availability on Fridays & Saturdays. Full disclosure: If you put "not available" on either one of these days on your application it will not be considered. Once you have accrued enough hours to request a day off, you may request whatever days you wish. I'm a huge advocate for work/life balance but we are, again, a small crew so dependability and availability are must.

If this sounds like your gig please fill out the form below!
If you have previously applied, please open your previous submission and update to today's date.
