TLDR:BCB will be closed Sept 5th-7th and reopening the 8th@3PM.
When a killer show that over half of the crew wants to attend just happens to coincide with BCB's 3rd birthday, well... you rent a house in the mountains and close for a few days to relax & celebrate!
We know it's a month from now, but it's a travel weekend for a lot of folks so we wanted to give those type A planners a good heads-up.
If you're going to the show you can come find us up front!

Our featured starter for the week is Soup Bean Hummus. It has the texture and all the familiar flavors of a traditional hummus like tahini, garlic & lemon, but with the savory flavors of a good ol’ pot of soup beans. Topped with olive oil and sumac & served with naan.

To kick off Appalachian Restaurant Week (Aug 3rd-8th), we’re starting with our Sorghum Spice Cookie. Made with pure sorghum from VA and buckwheat flour from WV’s only mill, Heritage Milling. If you love a gingerbread cookie you’ll absolutely fall in love with this offering!

This is Max. Max is a BCB OG! He’s leaving for college soon so we had to bring back his favorite BCB burger of all time. We’re sure going to miss him, but are so incredibly PROUD! The artist formerly known as “Mr. Jones” is now THE MAX!
