We B Fryin Snacks Our goal at We B Fryin Snacks is to provide fresh, locally made in WV, quality snacks that bring a smile with each delicious crunchy bite!

From "make-believe pork rinds" to comforting cinnamon treats, our unique snacks are all "Crazy Good!" Our story innocently began while my husband and I were visiting an out of state festival. There we discovered a "pork rind" that was made with wheat, no pork! Since we had never heard of such a thing, we had to try these and we loved them! We knew we had to bring these delicious snacks back home t

o our fellow WV Mountaineers! After acquiring the trade secrets and some personal training, we started perfecting our own recipes. Our goal at We B Fryin Snacks is to provide fresh, locally made, quality snacks that bring a smile with each delicious crunch. From "make-believe pork rinds to comforting cinnamon treats", we have a unique snack to satisfy your cravings. Just give our snacks a try and remember, they are made fresh locally in Charleston, WV, and we are proud members of the WV Grown Program. We thank you for supporting a WV small business.

I attended this wonderful class yesterday. Tons of valuable information. Can’t wait for the next Market Ready classes!

We took a trip down to Charleston yesterday for a fantastic MarketReady Producer Training Program session led by Timothy Woods and Savannah Columbia.

It was an incredible day spent hanging out with fellow producers and the dedicated changemakers who work behind the scenes to make things happen for our local agricultural system.

We want to send a huge thank you to everyone at the West Virginia Food & Farm Coalition and Appalachian Cellar for hosting such a valuable event and bringing everyone together.

When you strip it all down, the mission remains simple and vital, because it is entirely about getting local food to local people.

We are excited to take everything we learned and put it into action right here at Mountain Table to keep building a stronger, more resilient food community.

Get ready for Summerfest 2026! We have an incredible lineup of local music for you all.

Tamarack Marketplace is celebrating it's 30th birthday and we want to party with you! All day long, we will have free music on two stages, artist demonstrations, food trucks, local beer and more surprises. Come join us for a “stinking” good time!

Today is our annual Stinkfest 2026 ! This is a celebration of the native and uniquely pungent wild onion, the ramp. As well as a celebration of our local businesses and food producers.

Join us today for a day of community and supporting local businesses. The event starts at 11am with local vendors outback of the market and out-front by the gazebo. Music by The Hannah Brothers starts at 12:15pm at the gazebo. Ramp meals will be served out of our kitchen until sold out. The event last until 4pm.
