People are always asking how I got into making cheesecakes. I grew up having homemade cheesecakes so when I was on my own, I found that the store bought and restaurant cheesecakes were rather disappointing. So I started teac

hing myself how to make them. After years of trial and error, I now feel confident in putting my cakes out there. My decorating and presentation skills are still in need of a lot of improvement but as long as they taste good in which I have been told numerous times that they are.
