The Bear Creek Cheesecake Mill

The Bear Creek Cheesecake Mill Just some guy making custom cheesecakes down a dirt road in the middle of nowhere. PLEASE GIVE ME A TWO WEEK NOTICE WHEN PLACING AN ORDER.

I will take your flavor ideas and bring them to reality. I have created multiple original recipes that cannot be found anywhere from which I can draw from to create your idea. People are always asking how I got into making cheesecakes. I grew up having homemade cheesecakes so when I was on my own, I found that the store bought and restaurant cheesecakes were rather disappointing. So I started teaching myself how to make them. After years of trial and error, I now feel confident in putting my cakes out there. My decorating and presentation skills are still in need of a lot of improvement but as long as they taste good in which I have been told numerous times that they are.
