Today I was prepping for this evenings event and had an unfortunate accident. My finger was caught and mangled in the immersion blender while I was cleaning it. Yes I got distracted and forgot it was still plugging in..

I was losing a lot of blood and had to drive myself to the hospital after 5 hours and 10 stitches later I am grateful that my finger tip was saved and I was all stitched up where it was able to be.

I am sorry to everyone that we were not able to make it to this evening. It’s been a rough few days but these bumps in the road are just that. I hope that you can understand and except my apologies.

*ALL EVENTS THIS WEEK ARE CANCELLED *

I had the pleasure to be here by my mom’s side when she went through her radiation, then my dad when he went through his radiation.

Now that our parents are no long with us I can promise it didn’t stop there.

My sister went through 2 years fighting breast cancer 💓💪🏼 and I made sure she knew she would never be alone.
This past week she had to get surgery from dead tissue that built up causing her pain and discomfort. The good news, no new cancer!!! Unfortunately it has caused me to close the food truck for another week.

I will keep you all posted once we are back up and kicking Curbside. Thank you for your patience, understanding and as always continued support 🙏🏼❤️🌮

We’ll be getting back to everyone soon to add some events to our calendar, and unfortunately we’ll also need to make a few changes.

As many of you may have noticed, this season has been a bit of scheduling on the fly. And this has been due to my sister needing another surgery stemming from her double mastectomy.

Now that we have a surgery date, I will need to close the food truck for approximately two week here shortly to help with her recovery process. ❤️

We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support. We’ll keep everyone updated as we work through the fall schedule. ❤️🌮
