WOOD FIRED GRILL’S FAMOUS BURNT ENDS ARE BACK – AND ONLY THIS WEEK AT THE TEXAS RICE FESTIVAL!

It’s Rice Festival time again, and we’re making it special by bringing back our famous Burnt Ends!

Stop by the Wood Fired Grill’s booth on the right side of the main stage and get yourself some of what you’ve been missing!

The Wood Fired Grill will be at the Rice Festival this Wednesday – Thursday, 5:00 pm-Midnight and this Friday-Saturday 9:00 am-Midnight.

There’s nothing better than a helping of smoky and tender Wood Fired Grill burnt ends, and we’re glad to have them for you at the Texas Rice Festival.
We’ll see you there!

After three years of business in Beaumont Texas, the Wood Fired Grill and the Backyard Dance Hall are closing on Saturday, July 21. “We’ve had a great run, and I’d like to thank our dedicated staff and patrons for supporting the Wood Fired Grill and Backyard Dance Hall," said principal owner Jerry Nelson. “Unfortunately, the entertainment and dining landscape has changed since we opened the Hill Country complex in 2015, and we've decided that it's in the best interest of the business to close at this time. We’ve produced a lot of great concerts at the Backyard and served a lot of great food at the Wood Fired Grill, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to have done so.”

The Wood Fired Grill is now hiring a full-time Kitchen Manager and part-time Front of House Manager for the evening shift. The schedule is five nights per week, 4:30 pm until close. Salary is dependant on experience. Apply in person from 9 am - 11 am or 2 pm - 5 pm.
