Mommees, this one comes from a little personal place in Mommee’s heart. 🩷🎀
I know so many of us are navigating different seasons of life after having our babbees. For some, that looks like rediscovering movement, focusing on wellness, or finding little ways to feel like ourselves again. For others, it looks like learning to give ourselves grace in a body that has carried us through so much. And sometimes, it looks like a little bit of both. 🥹🫶🏻
I've had quite a few Mommees ask for lower-calorie coffee options, and I wanted to make sure those Mommees felt seen, too! So I've put together a special menu of yummy drinks that are 90 calories or less! ☕️🩷
Something a lot of y'all might not know is that Mommee herself has been on quite a personal journey with her relationship with her body and her health. I've gone from 270 pounds to maintaining around 130, and I know firsthand that these journeys can come with SO many different emotions. It's personal, it's not always easy, and everyone's experience is different.
I also know that conversations around weight and calories can be sensitive. Please know that this menu isn't about saying one body is better than another, that we should all have the same goals, or that we need to earn our treats. You deserve to enjoy your coffee exactly as you are, in every season of life. 💗
This is simply about giving Mommees more options so you can choose what feels right for YOU. Whether you're looking for something lighter, sticking to personal goals, or just curious to try something new, I've got you! 🎀☕️
No judgment, no pressure, and absolutely no body-shaming over here. Just good coffee, a little self-love, and a Mommee who wants every one of her Mommees to feel welcome. 🥹🩷
Because taking care of ourselves can look different for every single one of us, and we all deserve a little sweetness along the way. 🫶🏻☕️
