To the Southeast Texas Frenchy’s family and community, we want to personally thank all of you for your continued support. Four and a half years ago, we wanted to bring the Jefferson County community the flavor of a historic Houston tradition of cajun cuisine. We were able to hopefully deliver quality products inside the newly established Beaumont-HEB grocery store on the corner of 11th Street and College Street. While doing so, we were also able to hire many people within our own community that others refused to give a chance. We are proud to say that many of those employees have now excelled into greater careers and opportunities. After much consideration, we have decided to close the Frenchy’s Beaumont-HEB location and consider other opportunities that we hope will equally benefit our community. Again, we want to thank all of you who patronized the business, especially the HEB employees. Hopefully, as you entered the business you were asked, “how may I serve you”? It was truly our intent to serve the community. Now, we want to thank those of you who served our country—our veterans. Before closing, we are going to show our appreciation to ALL VETERANS of our ARMED SERVICES by offering a lunch special (two-piece chicken, fries, and a roll) for FREE! We are honoring these great men and women on July 30, 2019 for their service to our country. You must show a valid military card to secure your one lunch per Veteran. We will continue to serve our Veterans on July 30, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. or until our inventory is completed. If you want to enjoy Frenchy’s chicken before our August 15, 2019 Beaumont location closing, please stop by for us to serve you. Once again thank you to our Veterans and thank you to our patrons. Until we meet again....
