Last night was everything I hoped it would be. Everything ran smooth, and I truly appreciate everybody who came out and supported Bayou Redemption Kitchen.

Thank y’all for your patience and grace while we made every order fresh. I wanted everybody to get hot, fresh food, and not something that had been sitting. Y’all understood that, and I appreciate it more than you know.

Every plate sold, every share, every kind word, and every person who stopped by means the world to us. This is only the beginning for BRK, and we’re going to keep getting better every time.
