Y’all… if you haven’t tried our Crispy Fried Pork Bowl yet, you’re seriously missing out. 😋

❤️ From our family to yours, thank you for making our Chicken Satay one of the most-loved items on the truck.❤️

Our Chicken Satay wasn’t meant to be flashy. It’s just beautifully marinated chicken, grilled fresh, and served with our homemade peanut sauce. But somehow, it’s become one of those menu items that customers keep bringing up long after they’ve finished eating.

We’ve had people come back to the truck later the same day for another order. We’ve had customers ask for extra peanut sauce because they don’t want to leave a single drop behind. And we’ve had plenty of first-timers who ordered it “just to try it” and now won’t visit us without getting an order.

As food truck owners, there are certain dishes you’re proud of because they sell well. Then there are dishes you’re proud of because of the reactions they get from people. Chicken Satay is definitely the second one.

When we see someone take that first bite, dip it back into the peanut sauce, and immediately go in for another bite, we already know what’s coming next:

“Wow… this peanut sauce is amazing.”
