We just brought in a new tinned fish company, and I have a feeling it's going to become a favorite.

Great Lakes Tinned Fish celebrates the incredible fisheries of the Great Lakes, preserving sustainably harvested freshwater fish with simple, thoughtful ingredients that let the quality of the fish take center stage.

We're starting with two varieties:

• Smoked Whitefish with Shallot & Garlic – savory, rich, and perfect on a cracker with a little crème fraîche or cream cheese.

• Smoked Whitefish with Lemon & Dill – bright, fresh, and made for toast, salads, or a bagel with all the fixings.

If you've never ventured into the world of tinned fish, these are incredibly approachable. The fish is flaky, flavorful, and ready to enjoy straight from the tin.

Our burgers are made with our custom house-ground blend, smashed to crispy-edged perfection, and served on potato buns we bake in-house.

We’ll be firing them up at 4:00—come hungry. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Meet **The Wild Boar** from Deer Creek Cheese.

Deer Creek partners with small Wisconsin cheesemakers to create thoughtful, award-winning cheeses that highlight exceptional milk and traditional craftsmanship. They have a knack for making cheeses that feel both familiar and a little unexpected—which is exactly why we love carrying them.

The Wild Boar is a handcrafted Wisconsin Monterey Jack marbled with black truffles. The Monterey Jack is mild, buttery, and creamy, making it the perfect canvas for the earthy aroma and flavor of black truffles. If you've been curious about truffle cheese but weren't sure where to start, this is an incredibly approachable introduction.
