Fresh seafood hit the dock, our cooks went to work, and tonight's specials are waiting. From fresh OBX tilefish and rare Wanchese yellowfin tuna to our famous "Poor Man's Lobster," handmade mozzarella sticks, and scratch-made desserts, there's something for everyone at the table.

Meet Micah.

Most people see tuna on a plate. I see a story.

This tuna didn't come from a warehouse. It came from the hands of a fisherman I know by name. Micah spent long hours on the water bringing in the kind of quality that can't be faked.

Maybe it's the freshness. Maybe it's the care. Or maybe food just tastes better when you know the person who caught it.

What's good tonight? That's a question we hear every day, and we're ready with an answer.

Roasted garlic parmesan little neck clams, hot honey fried green tomatoes topped with creamy goat cheese, handmade mozzarella sticks, and our lemon rosemary brown butter "Poor Man's Lobster" are getting things started the right way.

For dinner, we're featuring fresh Mahi Mahi over creamy mashed potatoes with a bright basil beurre blanc, a Local Supper with crispy golden green tail shrimp and fresh local oysters, and black sesame seared Wanchese yellowfin tuna served rare with ponzu and wasabi aioli.

And don't overlook dessert—Earl Grey Crème Brûlée, Blueberry Key Lime Cheesecake Pie, mini cannolis, and more sweet treats made to finish the evening right.

Real food. Fresh seafood. Made from scratch. We're just 1.1 miles from the waterfront—close enough to catch tonight's 8:22 sunset after dinner, but far enough off the beaten path to focus on what matters most: great food and good company.

This weekend, two lucky diners will have NC Catch raffle tickets served right alongside their meal — courtesy of Blackbeard's Grill!

One lucky dad (or seafood lover) could end up winning a YETI 45 cooler packed with more than $700 worth of North Carolina seafood, including shrimp, scallops, jumbo lump crabmeat, flounder, soft shell crabs, shrimp cakes, and more.

As many of you know, I serve as a Chef Ambassador for NC Catch, an organization dedicated to supporting North Carolina's commercial fishermen, seafood producers, and coastal communities. Every ticket sold helps support the people and traditions behind local seafood.

Tonight's specials are worth a look! 🔥

The crew at Rose Seafood Market has been unloading and cutting fresh seafood all day, and they're sending us some of the best the coast has to offer.

Don't miss the Lemon Rosemary Brown Butter "Poor Man's Lobster" fresh monkfish grilled and finished with a charred lemon rosemary brown butter. If you've never tried monkfish, it's famous for its sweet, firm texture that's often compared to lobster.

Our Chef's Feature is a showstopper: pan-seared Outer Banks tilefish topped with crispy soft shell crab crunch, served over creamy Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and finished with a rich roasted lemon butter sauce.

And for the tuna lovers, we've got Black Sesame Seared Yellowfin Tuna from Wanchese, NC. Seared rare, sliced thick, buttery and tender, then finished with ponzu sauce and wasabi aioli. This is the kind of tuna that reminds you what "fresh off the boat" really means.

Save room for dessert because the Biscoff Banana Pudding will fly out of the kitchen, and our Blueberry Key Lime Cheesecake Pie and Earl Grey Crème Brûlée aren't far behind.

Tonight's specials are all about fresh coastal flavors and a few dishes you won't find on our regular menu.

Start with our Roasted Garlic Parmesan Local Little Neck Clams, roasted on the half shell with garlic butter, white wine, Parmesan cheese, and fresh herbs. Or try our Hot Honey Fried Green Tomatoes finished with goat cheese and green onions. Looking for something a little lighter? Our Sweet Corn & Blueberry Wedge Salad is packed with summer flavor and finished with a blueberry champagne vinaigrette.

Our Chef's Feature is a standout tonight: Pan-Seared Outer Banks Tilefish topped with crispy Soft Shell Crab Crunch, served over creamy Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and finished with a roasted lemon butter sauce.

Fresh whole flounder is headed to the kitchen tonight, a local favorite that never stays around long.

And by popular request, our hand-breaded mozzarella cheese sticks are making an appearance too, served with our scratch-made marinara sauce.
