Everything we serve is made from scratch, sourced from farmers and fishermen we know and trust right here in the Lowcountry. We ferment, cure, and cook the way food was meant to be made slowly, honestly, and with real care.

Lionfish are eating our reefs alive, they breed like crazy, nothing wants to eat them, and the only solution anyone's come up with that actually works is putting them on a plate which, lucky for you, is exactly what we're doing with fish sourced straight from our local dive team
